About this Event

If you want to make new plants out of the ones you have, this session is for you. From vegetative to sexual reproduction, you'll learn about the principles of plant propagation. We will focus on seed saving and you'll learn how to practically save seeds from the 4 easiest self fertile vegetables in your garden.

Trainer: Julie Smith

Julie Smith is an organic gardener with 8 years experience managing gardens, growing food and teaching gardening. She is passionate about soil life and gardening techniques that promote a healthy ecosystem and engage people and communities. When she lived in London, Julie had multiple hats as the Head of Gardening for Global Generation, the Training and Gardening Lead for Capital Growth and one of the Cop-Director of the London Freedom Seed Bank.
