On 27 November, our November Spotlight Garden, Mitcham Community Orchard and Gardens will be open to showcase their climate-friendly features following from COP26.
This month, Capital Growth is featuring Mitcham Community Orchard and Gardens as our November Spotlight Garden. As part of this programme, they will be hosting an open day on Saturday 27 November from 11am to 3pm following on from COP26.
Managed by Sustainable Merton, they will be inviting the local community and other community gardens from Merton and throughout London for a tour of the garden, highlighting their climate-friendly features, followed by a discussion on the role community gardens play in preserving our planet.
