As part of their Spotlight Garden feature with us, GET OUT charity is hosting an open day at the Food Forest in Bow E3 on Friday 9 September from 4-7pm. There will be volunteers to explain the different aspects of the garden, whether it's their wormeries or food forest areas.

There will also be:

  • a free mushroom workshop where participants will learn a little about growing mushrooms
  • a seed swap and free seed giveaway to everyone that attends
  • skateboard demos on their mini ramp in the heart of the garden
  • capoeira demos to provide us with music and dance

GET OUT will also be registering interest in the new surf club that will be launched soon.

Please note that registration is necessary given the space limitations of the site.

Sign up early to claim your free ticket.

We look forward to seeing you there!
