A festival of food thinking in Nottingham

An exciting line-up of speakers promises Food for Thought at the School of Artisan Food's annual weekend of lectures.
 

This year's Food for Thought weekend, organised by the School of Artisan Food, will take place in Nottingham on 13 and 14 May. Confirmed speakers include real cheese advocates Bronwen and Francis Percival, ex-Nopi chef Nicole Pisani (now transforming meals at a London primary school), food policy guru Professor Tim Lang, and Guardian food columnist Felicity Cloake. Sustain member the School of Artisan Food exists to teach all aspects of artisan food production, offering an opportunity for people of all skill levels to expand their knowledge through a range of courses.
