The five worst celebrity diets

The British Dietetic Association has revealed its much-anticipated annual list of celebrity diets to avoid in the New Year. The line-up this year includes Clean eating, Diet pills, Teatoxes, the 6:1 diet and Green juices.

Sustain member The British Dietetic Association (BDA), the professional association of dietitians, receives hundreds of calls from the media every year, checking out the latest celebrity food fads.

From this smorgasbord of whacky diets and diet claims, the BDA has once again selected five of the weirdest. To find out who thought the 6:1 diet improved his creativity, or what exactly Teatoxing claims to do -- and to read the BDA's reality check on these eating regimes -- visit the BDA website here.
