Digest is a key way in which Sustain's network keeps informed of relevant developments in sustainable food and farming policy. It is also essential reading for those working in the food and agricultural industries including food law professionals, writers and journalists, Government officials, public health professional and interested parties.

Digest covers a wide range of current food and farming policy initiatives and developments at a national and international level, including regular sections on: Government food, farming and health policy initiatives from the Department of Health, Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), and the Food Standards Agency (FSA); news from Europe, Australia and the USA; national and international Non-Governmental Organisations; events and publications. We also report on Sustain's core activities and project news. Digest is a digital newsletter distributed at least every month.
