It said there was large public support for junk food advertising bans, cooking lessons in school and lowering speed limits. Stafford Hall Pantry is a collaborative project operating in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. It opens once a week in a community hub and has on average 20 members attending, including supporting the local population of asylum seekers housed in dispersed accomodation. The are exploring introducing a solidarity model of tiered pricing, to help fund provision of more planet-friendly and ethical produce and subsidise the food for those that need it.
