‘Harvest for Health’ exhibition was produced as a celebration of the London hospital food project. The exhibition was launched at City Hall in November 2005.

The photographs represent key elements of the hospital food chain from soil to plate. Images include a diverse range of food producers, suppliers and consumers; featuring amongst others, organic pigs in Wiltshire, pear picking in Kent, and Caribbean cooking in Wiltshire.
