Brought to you by Culture Roots Collective and Roots to Work and Eating Better, this 90 minute webinar follows an earlier webinar introducing links between the British Empire and our food system and diets.

The second webinar brings together landworkers and activists who are reclaiming ancestral foodways and reimagining community nourishment in the UK.

From radical dietetics to seed keeping and community food organising, this conversation explores how reconnecting with cultural food traditions can be an act of empowerment, restoration, and solidarity. This conversation invites us to rethink how we feed ourselves and our communities.

The session will be hosted by Sareta Puri, Diversity Outreach Coordinator at Sustain, and will feature a panel of guest speakers to be announced soon.

Watch the first in the series, Unearthing Empire: food, land and colonial legacies in the UK.
