Ethical Eats ran a network of London restaurants and catering businesses that care about sustainability.
From October 2010 to the end of 2013, Sustain ran a network of around 1,000 London restaurants and catering businesses, helping them identify practical steps towards becoming more sustainable, share their experiences, and promote their good work. We organised workshops tackling slippery issues such as sustainable fish and food waste, and ran ‘meet the producer’ events and visits to local farms. We also campaigned for better practices and ran sector-specific projects such as working with community cafes, and helping London's catering colleges to integrate healthy and sustainable food into their teaching curriculum. These pages record the activity of Ethical Eats.

A Nose-to-Tail Day on the Farm
In 2013, Ethical Eats ran a day's workshop on the fascinating organic and biodynamic Laverstoke Park Farm, to gear up for Nose-to-Tail Fortnight (1st-14th June 2013).
