Eat Somerset directory
Welcome to the Eat Somerset Directory
From June 2006 to Summer 2009 Sustain co-ordinated a food chain project in south west England, working to increase trading between farmers, food producers and independent food retailers. This directory helped to connect producers to retail outlets.
The Eat Somerset project has now finished.

Producers in the Eat Somerset Directory are those in Somerset and areas close to Bristol and Bath that are interested in supplying to local retailers either directly, or through wholesalers. Many of the producers can also supply caterers (cafés, restaurants, hotels), public sector organisations (schools, hospitals) and wholesalers. This is clearly shown on their entry in the directory.
