Growing enterprise guide
The Growing Enterprise Guide offers urban growers detailed advice and practical information about how to sell what you grow in the city, whether at a small scale, like farmgate sales and one-off events, or as a full-fledged business.
The Guide includes case studies of other growing projects in London, information about retail and wholesale pricing, crop guides, risk assessments and resources on allotment law. It also covers other creative ways in which urban food growing spaces can generate income for their projects, such as through consultancy services, venue hire and skills training.
