Calling all London Growers, Producers and Chefs: Get Connected

Our annual Get Connected networking event is back to help link up good food enterprises, at 3.30pm on Monday 29 July at the Table Café in Southwark.

The event is a fantastic way for London’s small-batch producers, food-growers, supper club organisers and sustainable chefs to join forces for Urban Food Fortnight events and beyond. The afternoon will kick off with success stories and top tips from London's enterprising community food growers, ethical eateries and small-batch food and drink producers.

You'll also be able to sample some tasters from local growers and makers* while sipping on your welcome drink.

Book now

We will also hear from food enterprise experts who will share their top tops, including:

  • Aidan Brooks from Eleven98
  • Foodchain: online transparant supply chain platform for producers and chefs
  • Doug McMaster from Silo (zerowaste restauarant)
  • Sustainable Restaurant Association
  • Duncan O'Brien from Dalstons

...with more to be announced soon.

Our kind host, The Table Cafe will be working with lovely local producers so you'll get to enjoy some urban nibbles. There will also be plenty of time for networking to help you meet potential partners for this year's Urban Food Fortnight (20 Sept - 6 Oct), and hopefully forge longer term buyer/supplier relationships.

*If you would like a tasting table to show off your urban grown or made food, please get in touch as these places are limited.

Book your ticket for the Get Connected event.

And you can find more out more Urban Food Fortnight at www.urbanfoodfortnight.org.
