The London 2012 Food Vision, published in 2009, set out what the organisers of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games organisers aimed to achieve through their food buying and catering in terms of health, diversity and sustainabilty.
The London 2012 Food Vision was produced by the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), and Sustain was a member of the London 2012 Food Advisory Group that helped to consult on, and draw up, the Food Vision standards.

Sustain went on to coordinate the Food Legacy 2012 programme, winning healthy and sustainable catering commitments from more caterers and large-scale events organisers, and to run ambitious and influential legacy projects such as:
Olympic Food: Sustain ran a five-year programme of work to win healthy and sustainable food standards for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
