Southwark Food Action Alliance
The Alliance has been established in order to: 1. Build a network of community based organisations working with people either in food poverty or at risk of food poverty in order to give emergency help, sign post to support or provide free training, workshops and advice as needed; 2. Provide quality resources, advice and training; 3. Develop a three tier way of working; 4. Link food distribution with food growing; 5. Build lasting partnerships to support local people to tackle food poverty.
