Croydon's Food Poverty Action Plan and Community Connect Alliance
Our Community Connect Alliance brings together statutory, private, voluntary and community sector partners with the objective of building community capacity and resilience to support sustainable solutions to food poverty such as improved financial stability, employment, housing and health outcomes. By sharing knowledge, ideas and best practice, our Alliance works together within the community and identifies real opportunities to strengthen and improve outcomes for Croydon residents/families.
