Who we worked with

Ethical Eats worked closely with the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA), the nationwide organisation which provides restaurants with sustainability advice, training and support.  The SRA also runs an accreditation scheme for those restaurants that have gone the extra sustainable mile, awarding them one, two or three sustainability stars.  To join the SRA or find out more see www.thesra.org or email hello@thesra.org or call 020 7479 4224.

We’ve also teamed up with the Greenwich Cooperative Development Agency, Carbon Descent and LRS Consultancy, to help catering businesses embed sustainability in business planning, conserve energy and water, reduce waste, and recycle materials such as glass, food and used cooking oil.  And we work with the Good Catch initiative to advise chefs, caterers and restaurateurs on sustainable fish.

Ethical Eats is proud to be supported by the Big Lottery Fund’s Local Food programme.
