This final workshop will be hosted by No. 4, a unique London venue that practices sustainability without compromising quality.
You will hear an interview with Urvesh Patel, owner of Gujarati Rasoi, about his experience of sustainable business management and you will review the key issues in sustainable food and business management. The workshop will also address sustainable catering in London, exploring ideas such as collaborative tendering, collective buying groups, and access to facilities in co-ordinated hubs.
This workshop will round off the Serving Up Sustainability series and will be followed by networking with wholesome Indian food from Gujarati Rasoi.
