This workshop will help you to understand what is meant by sustainable food, and introduce recognised accreditation schemes for sustainable fresh produce in the UK. The tour and the workshop will provide examples of wholesalers and producers that supply sustainable food.
An early tour of the market and a chance to meet the wholesalers at NCGM will be rewarded with a free sustainable breakfast before the workshop begins.

- Get examples of how to specify sustainable produce when buying from wholesalers;
- Meet wholesalers with experience in supplying catering businesses with sustainable produce.
