Mon 30 | Nose to Tail Fortnight A two-week celebration of nose-to-tail meat eating. Chefs participating include the Dock Kitchen’s Stevie Parle, offal expert Anissa Helou, and food designers Blanch and Shock, as well as the Cinnamon Club, Table Café, Manson, and Nopi restaurants.
