The Local Action on Food web pages provide information for community groups across the UK that share Sustain’s goal of creating a strong and healthy sustainable food system. Information may be useful to a range of groups, from community food enterprises, to farm shops and local authorities.
Local Action on Food was supported by the Making Local Food Work programme and funded by the Big Lottery Changing Spaces programme. The Making Local Food Work programme aims to reconnect people and land through local food by increasing access to fresh, healthy, local food with clear, traceable origins.
