London’s food-lovers prepare for a fortnight of feasting

Urban Food Fortnight, 11-27 September 2015

With a month to go, London’s local food businesses, growers and producers are preparing for the annual celebration of the fantastic food being grown, produced and cooked right on our doorstep. 

The Mayor of London launches the Urban Food Awards

Boris Johnson is calling on Londoners to nominate the capital’s small-batch producers of the best Real Bread, cheese, beer, honey, sausages and salad leaves.

London's small food businesses 'Get Connected'

On Wednesday 15 July 2015, around sixty of the capital’s most passionate community food growers, small-batch producers and ethical chefs came together to make plans for Urban Food Fortnight.

London food SMEs: apply now for grants and support

Urban Food Fortnight is run by London Food Link

London Food Link is the umbrella for all of Sustain's initiatives in London. Our work includes helping to influence local government policy, hands-on food growing training, running sessions for public sector caterers, creating guidance for independent eateries and food producers, public awareness campaigns, and joining the dots between people around specific food issues.
