Do you bake or sell Real Bread?
To be listed on the Real Bread Finder, all you need to do is produce or sell at least one bread that is made:

Just from flour, water, yeast (cultured or naturally occurring - optional) and salt (optional)
With any other ingredients such as nuts, fruits, cheese, vegetables and fats being natural and themselves containing no additives
Without 'improvers', artificial additives or processing aids

You must give address details for your retail outlets (i.e. where people can buy your bread) when prompted or we won’t be able to put you on the map. When you get to the ‘add new bread’ prompt, please let us know what it’s called.

NB Items listed here are self-certified by the bakers/retailers as meeting our definition of Real Bread. We work on a principle of trusting the integrity of those listing their loaves to do so with honesty. Please also note that in some cases, a bakery or shop might sell other products that do not meet our definition of Real Bread.
