A new report from the policy institute Chatham House has found that a worldwide shift to healthier diets could help achieve the reduction in emissions that is needed to prevent dangerous climate change.
However, the report Changing Climate, Changing Diets: Pathways to Lower Meat Consumption finds that meat reduction is not on the agenda of many governments. One of the report's authors, Laura Wellesley argues that 'Reducing meat consumption is a real win-win for health and for the climate'.
