Type of produce you sell
Please tick any boxes that apply e.g. fruit, vegetables, wholefoods, etc. and in the box for other information please write anything else relevant e.g. if you sell fruit and vegetables in £3 bags, or if members can order wholefoods in bulk on a monthly basis.
Add a new food co-op
You can add several food co-op outlets in this section e.g. if you have more than one stall or drop off point, but you need to fill it in even if you only have one outlet. This is where you put details like the type of food co-op, opening times or whether the food you sell is organic.
