Join Sustain and the Greater London Authority for the launch of two pieces of research looking into older people’s experiences of food before and during the Covid-19 lockdown. You’ll hear presentations and discussions from the researchers and have the opportunity to attend one of two workshop sessions to reflect on how the research insights can be put into practice and the role community groups have played in sustaining food services for older Londoners throughout lockdown.
On the day we'll start with a panel discussion with presentations about each piece of research, followed by a Q&A. We'll then break into two smaller workshop sessions where a panel of speakers will reflect on lessons learned from the pieces of research and what they mean for their work in practice, with an opportunity for discussion and questions from participants.
