Following on from our introduction to personal resilience in Dec 2020, we'll explore patterns in our resilience and how these can be used to build longer-term strength.
In 2020 we explored the roots and fruits of our personal resilience via the resilience tree. To kick off 2021, we'd like to continue this conversation, because understanding and building our own resilience takes more than one conversation.
Join us on 25 January for a virtual tea break with resilience trainer, Peter Lefort, who will facilitate a group discussion about patterns in our own resilience and how understanding these can help build our long-term strength.

Note: This session is booked in for an hour and a half because, depending on the EU-UK trade deal, we may use the extra time to discuss the implications for our work. It will be an hour session if not.
