Supporting Children's Rights to Free School Meals during Covid-19

Sustain's Children's Food Campaign in partnership with School Food Matters, Chefs in Schools, the Food Foundation and Soil Association Food for Life looked at emerging good practice in local preparation of school meals and food hampers for children at home during lockdown. The webinar also discussed the problems affecting the national school meal voucher scheme in England. 

Speakers included: Louise Nichols, LEAP Federation (Hackney); Rupert Bazeley-White, HC3S (Hampshire County Council Catering Services);  Jenny Rosborough, Nutritionist at Biteback2030/Jamie Oliver Organisation, Andy Hudson, Department for Education; chaired by Stephanie Wood, School Food Matters.
