The world’s first brewery dedicated to small beer - but what does that mean, we hear you ask?! Ale brewed with natural carbonation and no artificial additives to between 0.5 - 2.8% ABV, like it was in the 1700s. They claim they use six times less water to make a pint than traditional methods.
