Newcastle Food Poverty Group (Food Newcastle Partnership)
Newcastle Food Poverty Network was established in response to the Food Newcastle Partnership’s Good Food Plan, and the need to improve coordination and awareness of support for people experiencing food insecurity. Co-facilitated by Food Newcastle and Newcastle Active Inclusion (Newcastle City Council) the Group meet on a bi-monthly basis and has representation from a range of agencies including third sector organisations, the public sector and universities.
