OurJar
OurJar is a student-led enterprise making jams and marmelades from surplus, locally sourced or foraged produce. Based at City of Liverpool College, the students have been running market stalls selling their products, and have also secured a partnership with a supermarket helping redistribute surplus fruit and vegetables to students and parents at the nursery.
In the autum, OurJar are looking into running cooking sessions alongside the stall.
