This report aims to show that many community food-growing groups and other urban agriculture projects provide community-based learning and training opportunities, and are an effective way to develop employability for people in general,outline how such projects can help people who face difficulties in finding and keeping work in particular, and identify the support projects needed to develop employability among their participants.
