Scholarships to study sustainable fish

The Marine Stewardship Council offers funding for students studying sustainable fisheries.

The MSC Scholarship Research Program is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students studying problems and solutions in fisheries science and management and the integrity of the seafood supply chain.

Up to £4,000 per project is available for travel, equipment and other support. The deadline for the scholarship research programme is 31 March 2018.

The Marine Stewardship Council are part of the Sustain alliance. Sustain campaigns to increase the market for sustainable fish through its Sustainable Fish Cities programme.
