Food industry organisations work with environment and health pressure groups to explore issues around production and consumption of protein.
Protein is an important component of our diets but the way it's currently produced is not sustainable. Forum for the Future have built a consortium of organisations including WWF, the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition, Quorn, Volac, Hersheys and Waitrose to discuss how to balance supply and demand for protein in a way that's good for health and the environment.
