Urban Food Awards: The finalists

The Greater London Authority, London Food Link and Borough Market are pleased to announce the shortlists for this year’s Urban Food Awards, chosen by a record number of voters.

Back in the spring, an open invitation was extended to London-based, small-scale food entrepreneurs to enter the awards.  The 80 entries were then put forward to the public vote, which attracted a record 3400 to have their say, the highest since the awards began in 2014.

The winners will be chosen by judging panels comprising Olia Hercules, Tom Hunt, Rowley Leigh and Oliver Rowe, plus Urban Food Awards partners.

Winners will be announced during Urban Food Fortnight at the Urban Food Feast on 21 September at Borough Market.
