Slow Dough: Real Bread – pre-order now
The Real Bread Campaign’s first recipe book, Slow Dough: Real Bread, is published by Nourish Books in the USA/UK on 13/15 September 2016
The UK RRP is £20 but the Campaign is offering supporters in the UK the chance to pre-order now for just £15, a saving of 25%.
Non-supporters can join at the Campaign at the same time as ordering in order to take advantage of the discount, or simply pre-order the book and still get 10% off.
All author royalties go to the Campaign and buying the book direct from the Campaign (rather than, say, a tax avoiding online store) means the charity receives even more of what you pay to help fund its work.
The book contains around 90 recipes for genuine sourdough and other long ferment Real Breads.
They range from a basic white loaf, to Laotian kalpao and Friesian fryske sûkerbôle. It is brought to life by around 70 full colour photographs by Victoria Harley.
