The Advanced Diploma in Artisan Baking run by Sustain member, and Real Bread Campaign supporter, the School of Artisan Food has been accredited by awarding body FDQ.
The accreditation will open up more opportunities for bursaries and student loans on the course, many alumni of which have gone on to set up or work for Real Bread bakeries and other artisan baking businesses.
