Register now for Edible Gardens Open Day Saturday 19 September, 2015

From secret gardens to community farms, people will have the chance to explore London’s hidden food growing spaces as they open their gates to the public and celebrate their harvest.

Why join in on the fun?

•    Attract new supporters and volunteers
•    Free promotional pack including seeds, posters and raffle tickets
•    Raise funds, with advice and ideas from Capital Growth.
•    Be part of highlight event of Urban Food Fortnight
•    Last year 60 gardens welcomed over 1700 visitors


How to get involved
Register before 18 August to receive the promotion pack with materials, seeds, and activity suggestions for the day, including ideas on how to raise money. Joining is free and Capital Growth will be helping to promote the event.

Capital Growth gardens can sign up through the member’s area. If you’re not a member already but want to be part of the day, joining Capital Growth is free and easy. Once you have become a member and received confirmation, you can register for the event.


Visitor information
Pop along to a local garden, visit a few or explore further afield. Whether you are a garden novice, a permaculture enthusiast, fancy a garden cocktail or a day out with family and friends - there is a garden for you! Our interactive map will be regularly updated with more grub-growing gardens, so stay tuned for more information about events on the day.
