1 | Local Loaves for LammasThe Real Bread Campaign is once again encouraging the people of Britain to celebrate Real Bread by baking or buying delicious Local Loaves for Lammas on and around 1 August.
This is the fourth year in which the Campaign has rallied Real Bread bakers, traditional millers, bread making teachers and many other local food lovers around this ancient harvest festival to help more people across the land discover or remember the joys of Real Bread.

There is now a greater awareness of how important honey bees are to the health of our environment but a declining number of people with the skills to take care of these very important creatures. So why not come along and learn the basics of what beekeeping is all about - you will get to handle live bees and it may inspire you to become a beekeeper yourself.
