Gardening For Health

Gardening for Health, formerly known as Totnes Healthy Futures (THF), links community food growing with National Health Service initiatives. The partners in the project are Leatside Surgery and the Faculty of Health, Education and Society at the University of Plymouth, supported by School Farm, Dartington and Transition Town Totnes. South Hams District Council has licensed to the Totnes Development Trust (TDT), the lead organisation for Gardening for Health, a small site at the Lamb in Totnes as the information/demonstration hub for the project.
